Playback shortcuts

Editing shortcuts

Best shortcut workflow
For rough cutting:
- Press
Spaceto play. - Pause at a cut point.
- Press
Sto split. - Delete unwanted sections.
- Toggle ripple if you want gaps to close automatically.
- Add markers for beats or important moments.
- Use undo if a cut was too aggressive.
For precise finishing:
- Zoom into the timeline.
- Step frame-by-frame around edit points.
- Trim clip edges.
- Toggle snapping for alignment.
- Preview the section at normal speed.
