Manual editor overview

A complete guide to the Pluged AI manual editor: projects, workspace, media, timeline, canvas, properties, captions, audio, effects, export, and shortcuts.

Manual editing in Pluged AI gives you direct control over the timeline. You can use it by itself or combine it with the AI agent: ask the agent for a first pass, then refine every clip, caption, effect, and audio level by hand.

Agent + manual workflow

A powerful workflow is:

  1. Ask the agent for a rough cut.
  2. Inspect the generated timeline manually.
  3. Trim or split clips yourself.
  4. Adjust captions in the Text properties.
  5. Add or remove effects.
  6. Mix audio.
  7. Export manually.

Everything the agent changes should remain editable in the manual editor.
